UK Skydiving Gear Delivery
Skydive Supply Co. is a UK-based skydiving equipment store. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Some products are held in stock, while others may be supplied on a backorder basis from our trusted manufacturers or distributors.
Dispatch Times
Products shown as in stock are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Products available on backorder may have longer lead times depending on manufacturer availability. Estimated lead times are displayed on product pages where applicable. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.
Delivery Costs
Delivery charges are charged at a flat rate of £10 per order.

For backorder items, delivery will take place once stock has been received from our supplier.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. Where available, tracking information will be provided.

We make every effort to keep product availability information accurate. However, availability may change due to supplier stock levels.
If an item becomes unavailable or is significantly delayed, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout. Skydive Supply Co. cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
